Soumya Gaur — a full-stack engineer turning complex workflows into simple, scalable digital systems. I design and ship the admin panels, dashboards, and AI-powered platforms behind real companies. Not demos — production systems, in daily use, moving real orders, real research, real revenue.
Most portfolios show you the polished surface. Mine is the other half: the admin panel that manages a research journal's entire publishing pipeline, the dashboard that tracks 8,000+ courier shipments a day, the inventory system a jewellery brand or a spice exporter logs into every morning without a second thought.
I work primarily in PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter and MySQL, with front ends built in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap. My focus is scalable admin architecture, clean database design, and CRUD systems that stay fast and stable long after launch — for e-commerce platforms, journal management systems, logistics trackers, education platforms and business-automation tools. I also build with AI-assisted workflows — from prompt-engineered automation to integrating the OpenAI, Claude and Gemini APIs directly into production systems.
Currently building at Stunner Technologies in New Delhi, after roles automating operations at an auto-parts manufacturer and building web panels for a Delhi-based digital agency.
Every engagement starts the same way: a real business problem, not a template. Here's where I usually come in.
Full storefronts and company sites with product catalogues, inventory logic and inquiry flows — built to sell, not just to look good.
Purpose-built dashboards for managing content, orders, users and records — the control room behind every platform I ship.
Article submission, peer-review workflow, volume/issue archives and PDF delivery for academic and research publications.
Quotation generation, shipment tracking and inventory workflows connected to Google Sheets & Apps Script, cutting manual work down to clicks.
REST API development, authentication & authorization, and MySQL schemas designed to stay fast as data grows.
Query optimization, structural clean-up and ongoing support for systems already in production — keeping what works, working.
No trend-chasing. A deliberate, production-tested toolkit refined across a dozen live systems — extended with AI-assisted engineering to move faster without cutting corners.
Every project below is live, in production, and built by me from admin panel to storefront. Click any preview for the full page.
Map the real workflow — who logs in, what they manage, what data moves where — before a single screen is designed.
The control panel usually decides the database. I design that structure before the public-facing UI, so nothing gets rebuilt later.
Clean MVC structure, RESTful routes, proper authentication — production-grade from the first commit, not retrofitted at the end.
Query tuning, responsive QA across devices, and a handover that includes ongoing maintenance if you need it.
Have a business that needs a real system behind it — not just a website? Tell me what it does today, and I'll tell you how it should work.
